Molly Adams, founder of HappyFeetCoaching, is a former soccer athlete and long-distance runner who has competed at the highest levels. Originally from Haddonfield, NJ, Molly now works out of Shreveport, LA, where she continues to inspire others through her passion for endurance sports. As an active triathlete, she brings firsthand experience to her coaching, blending her expertise in weight training, long-distance running, and multi-sport disciplines to help clients achieve their goals. Molly’s dedication to fitness and performance makes her a trusted coach for athletes of all levels.
